Lydia
Hi Im the co-founder of TTFF. I have lived and professional experience with neurodivergance and disabilities helping make fitness accessible for all.
Alongside TTFF I am the founder of Take Time For You. Both of our missions align creating opportunities for those often left behind.
Nathan
Hi Im the founder of TTFF and I believe that everyone should have access to fitness regardless of their barriers. I take pride in what I do and love to see people challenge themselves and succeed.
I am a qualified LEVEL 2 /3 Personal trainer (CIMSPA accredited)
I also hold a LEVEL 2 Chair-Based Exercise Instructor certificate
Dippy & Posty
These 2 rascals are the important guys within our CIC. They help remind us to take breaks and give us plenty of cuddles (As long as we keep them fed)
Jonno
Jonno is our key media man. He takes our photos and videos. He sometimes creates some advertising for our projects.
Jonno is a key part in helping TTFF run its Football Fridays programme every week
Ellis (Pablo)
Ellis is one of the directors at TTFF and is a regular participant of Football Fridays.
He helps us make descisions for the company and ensures we maintain the highest standards possible
Alex
Alex is another one of our directors and like Ellis, a regular attendee of Football Fridays.
Alex ensures we as a company adhere to the rules and regulations set out. Alex also gives out ideas to the team on a regular basis.
