Hi Im the founder of TTFF and I believe that everyone should have access to fitness regardless of their barriers. I take pride in what I do and love to see people challenge themselves and succeed.

I am a qualified LEVEL 2 /3 Personal trainer (CIMSPA accredited)

I also hold a LEVEL 2 Chair-Based Exercise Instructor certificate 

Dippy & Posty

These 2 rascals are the important guys within our CIC. They help remind us to take breaks and give us plenty of cuddles (As long as we keep them fed)
